Sunday Reflection

To believe in our own personal resurrection is a wonderful gift in this life. It gives meaning to all that makes up our lives. It is expressed also in our prayers that we offer for the repose of the souls of all those who have gone before us, which gets great emphasis during this month of November. At the doorway of death life is changed, not ended.
We can’t know what happens after our bodies die. We know that people live on in our hearts and our memories. We know that they live on through their influences on us, in the ways that they have shaped our lives. We hear the assurance of Jesus last line in this passage – God is the God of the living – and to God all are living.

Tamworth Events Monday 21st to Sunday 27th May. There will be a number of events going on around the town highlighting Dementia Action Week.

This is our annual report for 2017. Thank-you to the hundreds of people who have given so much to our parish in the last 12 months.
